Parodontoloog NVvP & Implantoloog
Bahadir Satana graduated from the University of Izmir (Turkey) in 2004. In 2009, he completed his specialization in periodontology and implantology. After years of experience in group practices, he moved with his family to Rotterdam in 2017, where he has lived and worked ever since.
Between 2021 and 2023, he was affiliated with ACTA as a dental lecturer while completing his accreditation with the Dutch Association for Periodontology (NVvP).
Since 2024, he has been an NVvP-certified periodontist and works as a consultant periodontist at ACTA, within the staff clinic of the periodontology section. This makes him the first Turkish periodontist in the Netherlands to be officially recognized by the NVvP.
During his accreditation process, he further developed his clinical skills and developed an evidence-based approach to periodontal and implant treatments. His goal is to provide high-quality care and thus sustainably improve the oral health of his patients.
